It maintains temperatures from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring uniform temperature distribution to food pans and the cabinet interior.
Using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, it includes a self-cleaning feature, a reverse condensing fan motor, to maintain coil cleanliness, ensuring efficient operation and an extended lifespan. The table’s exterior is made of durable stainless steel, while the interior features clear-coated aluminum with a stainless steel floor.
Fully insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to retain cold air, it includes four adjustable, PVC-coated wire shelves and accommodates 24 sixth-size food pans for ingredient storage on the countertop prep area.
