The True TWT-93 is a three-door standard worktop refrigerator designed to add up more prepping and storage space in a commercial environment. Ideal for sandwich shops, delis, and restaurants, this versatile refrigerator has a has a flat top that offers additional prep space for the chefs and can be used for chopping fruits and vegetables, kneading dough, or organizing different ingredients. It has a comfortable 36″ working height. The unit features a one-piece top and backsplash construction prevents food particles and bacteria from getting trapped underneath.
This deep worktop refrigerator from True features (3) stainless steel doors, each equipped with a recessed handle for user-friendly operation. The self-closing door with a positive seal stays open at 90°. Each door has (2) adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves on (4) chrome plated shelf clips to aid easy organization of a variety of food items. The sections can also hold half-sized bun racks (sold separately).
The True deep worktop refrigerator boasts a side-mounted compressor that circulates CFC-free R134A refrigerant for maximum cooling throughout the unit. The self-contained, oversized refrigeration system can hold standard operating temperature between 33°F and 38°F.
This refrigerated worktop has a stainless steel exterior with matching aluminum finished back for durability and corrosion-resistance. The interior has a clear-coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners. The entire cabinet structure and solid doors are foamed-in-place using Ecomate insulation for superior strength and temperature retention.
This worktop refrigerator is pre-wired at factory and includes a 7 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P plug set for installation. The model requires a 115V, 60 Hz, 1-phase electrical connection. The unit comes equipped with 5″ stem casters with locks on the front set for easy maneuverability and stability.
