Make steaks, burgers, and other delicious food items using this Vulcan VTEC36 IRX™ Infrared Charbroiler. Featuring a countertop design, this high-efficiency gas infrared charbroiler has the front, sides, and top rim made of corrosion-resistant, heavy-duty stainless steel. A full-width, stainless steel front crumb tray is provided to maintain cleanliness while cooking. The charbroiler features patented IRX infrared burner technology that uses heavy-duty, stainless steel infrared emitter panels to increase yield and reduce overall energy consumption. This energy-efficienct burner system of this model uses almost half the amount of gas consumed by traditional charbroilers.

The Vulcan charbroiler features specially-designed 11″x25″ cooking grids, made of stainless steel, eliminate chances of flareups. Each cooking grid has a 22,000 BTU/hr heating power burner that aids precision cooking of different food items. For safe and quick operation, the unit comes with easy-to-use direct ignition piezo spark igniters. An individual high-range heat control valve is provided for each burner, giving users flexibility in adjusting cooking temperatures. The valves have chrome knobs that are safe to use and give the unit a sleek look that suits a professional cooking environment.

This infrared charbroiler has a removable, stainless steel heat shield for user protection and a splash guard that prevents splattering of oil and grease on the wall while cooking. A gas pressure regulator and 3/4″ NPT gas connection at the rear for convenient access. This unit is complete with 4″ high adjustable legs for maximum stability to the structure.
